The course uses evidence and research-based content to present the current context of hybrid work, the different ways that hybrid work is being implemented and its potential impact on organisational culture and employee engagement.

This course includes a mixture of written, video, and interactive content and reflective questions. It will take six hours to complete, and you can work through the content at your own pace.
