Introductory Programme

Overview

The ability to identify and select the most effective methods by which to develop and retain talent is highly valued. For those with people development responsibility, how effectively learning is transferred to the learner is key to understanding its impact at an individual and organisational level.

In order to create and evaluate a successful L&D strategy, people professionals must be able to identify the relevant data, KPIs and metrics to measure. This data-driven approach to L&D increases the effectiveness of learning solutions, engages individuals and stakeholders and clearly demonstrates when organisational goals are being met.

This introductory programme guides learners through the application of data and analytical techniques to continually improve L&D provision. Those with responsibility for measuring the impact of learning and development will gain confidence to embed data in evaluation processes and optimise future learning interventions.

  • Leverage data, KPIs and metrics to measure success and diagnose what is/isn’t working
