Meaningful work is purposeful, safe and inclusive. This is because work can be, and should be, a force for good at every level to benefit individuals, organisations and communities. This Essential Insights course provides a practical explanation of what is meant by meaningful work and why it is an important topic for organisational leaders and HR professionals. It introduces how organisation design and development (OD&D) can contribute to creating meaningful work, helping everyone use their skills and talents effectively
