What to expect from the ‘people analytics’ accredited programme
This accredited people analytics course has been created by two recognised leading experts in the field, Trish Uhl and Tracey Smith. They have extensive experience working with and advising organisations globally on people analytics strategies, implementation, and capability and policy development.
This people analytics course is a deep dive into people analytics. You’ll begin to recognise your skills, discover what you are capable of, and see how to add value to your organisation or context. You’ll develop and validate your people analytics abilities and confidence, building on your existing skills to expand your capability and increase your impact in supporting informed business decisions.
You can complete this HR analytics course using Excel or Google Sheets. The course also references Python, R, SQL and machine learning if you wish to explore further; however, these are not necessary.
What you’ll need to do on this programme
You can complete this learning programme in your own time and at your own pace – it should take around 70 hours.
We’ll give you access to various blended assets, including animations, interactive videos and downloadable resources. And you’ll have lots of space to anchor your reflections on the content.
Your final assessment will be a 2,500-word evaluative review covering your reflections on your practice and how you’ve applied learning in your context. The final assessment needs to be submitted within 10 months of purchasing the course.

If successfully completed, you’ll receive a certificate noting your achievement of this CIPD accredited programme.
You’ll have the chance to resit the assessment for an additional fee.
