This short course is designed by leading experts in organisation design and aligned to the CIPD's organisation design and development standards. You’ll get straightforward frameworks, approaches and practical tools to help you address organisation design challenges.

This course runs as a standalone programme but can be combined with the ‘Organisation development essentials’ programme for more comprehensive learning.
