This course will help you build your skills as an organisation development practitioner to support your organisation as it adapts to the changing world of work.
You’ll learn about the key organisation development characteristics and theories that shape and underpin operations. You'll also discover a range of approaches and tools you can use to strengthen your organisation design practice.
What you’ll need to do on this course
This course is delivered virtually over two consecutive days. Day one is a half day with two hours of facilitated learning; day two has eight hours of facilitated learning.
We recommend you support your classroom sessions with self-directed learning – this should take around 10 hours.
